Amy S. Kelley, MD
Dr. Amy S. Kelley, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician who chose medicine because she always knew she wanted to help people in a meaningful way—and pediatrics was the perfect fit because of her lifelong love of working with children. She began practicing pediatrics in 1999, took a sabbatical to raise her four sons, and rejoined Gadsden Pediatrics in 2025. Dr. Kelley earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, where she also completed her residency. Originally from Snellville, Georgia, she has called Gadsden, Alabama home for the past 25 years. She has been married 30 years to Christopher G. Kelley, who practices orthopedic surgery at Northeast Orthopedics, and together they have four sons—Justin, Josh, John, and Jacob—as well as two dogs, Dom and Lena. Outside the office, Dr. Kelley enjoys obstacle course racing, running, and word games or puzzles of all kinds. She is also a devoted fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, the Atlanta Braves, and the Atlanta Falcons.
