Tiffany Sweatt, CRNP
With more than 21 years of nursing experience — including 20 years in pediatrics — and 10 years as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Tiffany is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care for children and their families. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Gadsden State Community College before completing both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She completed her clinical rotations for her master’s degree at Gadsden Pediatrics.
Her journey into healthcare was unexpected. After high school, she began working as a unit secretary at a local hospital and quickly discovered a passion for nursing and caring for others. That experience inspired her to pursue a career where she could make a meaningful difference through compassion, support, and dedicated patient care.
Tiffany Sweatt is licensed through the Alabama Board of Nursing and certified as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner through the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB). From the beginning of her career, she knew she wanted to work in pediatrics and feels grateful to have spent the past two decades caring for pediatric patients. She is especially thankful to be part of the team at Gadsden Pediatrics, where she loves both her work and the people she works alongside every day.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their three sons, Brandt, Fischer, and Jaylen. Their family lives in Albertville, where their children attend school. She also enjoys traveling, reading, and cheering on her boys at their sporting events. Over the years, their family has hosted exchange students from Germany, Spain, and Italy, and they have also been involved in foster care.
